As our Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall vision and execution of our talk brand strategy, ensuring maximum audience engagement and top ratings. You'll lead by example, living our core values of respect, well-being, fun, development, service, teamwork, and ownership.

What You'll Do & What We're Looking For:

• Lead Talent & Drive Excellence: You'll lead, coach, and develop on-air talent while overseeing all on-air execution, including music, promotions, and imaging, to achieve top ratings.
• Strategic Collaboration: This role involves working closely with Digital, Marketing/Promotions, Multimedia Journalism Director, and Business Manager to align strategies, create targeted promotions, and manage budgets.
• Brand & Community Focus: You'll maintain all brand-related data, stay current with emerging technologies, ensure FCC compliance, and actively engage in the community.
• Qualifications: We're looking for someone with a broadcast degree or equivalent experience and five years of professional announcing experience (supervisory experience is a plus). You should have excellent people skills, including strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Audio Vault, programming, and sports automation would is a bonus. A positive, proactive attitude and a valid driver's license with adequate automobile insurance are required.
