Marketing Coordinator

Mid-West Family La Crosse is a digital marketing and media company helping local businesses grow through full-funnel strategies, including brand awareness, lead generation, and campaign execution across digital platforms like streaming TV (OTT/CTV), social media, and websites.
We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaboration.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Place and monitor campaign performance

• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Prepare campaign reports
• Support the development of campaign strategies and creative execution
• Collaborate with internal departments to align on timelines and deliverables
• Perform other duties as needed to support team and client success

Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
• Experience in marketing coordination or campaign support
• Problem solver
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Experience working with creative and digital strategy teams
• Understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools
• Experience in using AI tools for marketing tasks (e.g., automation, reporting, content generation)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Environment: In-office with some remote flexibility
