Wisconsin Public Media (WPM) is excited to invite applications for a skilled and collaborative Fundraising Systems Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a technical leader who wants to serve communities across Wisconsin, leveraging technology to support a vital public service mission rooted in the Wisconsin Idea.

The Fundraising Systems Manager serves as the hands-on manager for our fundraising CRM systems. You’ll lead the systems design and technical execution that enables our Development team to connect with thousands of annual donors and raise millions of dollars in support of public media. In this “working manager” role, you will not only guide strategy but also actively participate in the technical work, while supervising and mentoring a Fundraising Systems Analyst.

We are seeking a candidate who enjoys creative problem-solving, values collaboration, and is driven by our mission to serve audiences across the state of Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to shape how technology supports one of the largest statewide public media systems in the country, with room to innovate and grow professionally.

This role will report to the Director of IT, but will work closely with colleagues across Development, Membership, Engineering, and Marketing and Communications, partnering with teams who share your passion for using technology to make a difference.

We encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t meet every preferred qualification.
