Under the direction of the Chief TV Engineer and Technology, performs a variety of complex and specialized duties of a television broadcast RF transmitters and systems involving the implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of broadcast systems, software, equipment and related systems at Milwaukee PBS Television station. Work is varied using established procedures requiring judgment and the making of decisions including supervision and delegation to other specialist. Supervision received is general in nature while working independently referring unusual situations to the supervisor for decision or advice.
